  Converts a 4mm banan plug to fit a PES electrode, or any other electrode with snap adaptor. This will also work for a triphase ET-312 setup. When you are using a bi-polar and one unipolar PES electrode you will need three of those adaptors. If unavailable you can use # 7105 instead.
